I'm CY, an automation specialist based in the Philippines. Before this, I spent 7+ years in administrative and HR operations for a government education office — which means I didn't come into automation from a "tech" background. I came into it from watching how much time gets lost to manual follow-ups, missed messages, and processes that live in someone's head instead of a system. Now I build that system for you — using tools like ManyChat, Zapier, n8n, GHL and — so your business runs the same whether you're on--site, asleep, or on holiday.
