Hi, I'm Maël, a Full-Stack Developer based in Antananarivo with a professional Master's degree in Computer Science. I build reliable web applications from the database to the user interface, and I've delivered production systems for government institutions.

What I can do for you:

- Web applications and business tools (Next.js / React frontends)

- Backend and REST API development (NestJS, Laravel, Spring Boot)

- Database design and modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

- Admin dashboards and internal management systems

- Booking and reservation platforms

- CMS and custom software tailored to your workflow

- Authentication and security setup

- Bug fixing, maintenance and improvements on existing websites or apps

- Deployment, including Docker and cloud hosting

Recent work:

- Online treasury management system for a national Ministry of Economy and Finance (Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL)

- National registry platform for a Ministry of the Interior (Laravel, PostgreSQL)

- Bank loan management app (Next.js, Spring Boot, MySQL)

- Car sales mobile app (Flutter, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL)

How I work:

- Clear communication and regular progress updates

- Clean, maintainable code and well-structured databases

- I focus on solving your actual business problem, not just delivering features

Send me an offer with a short description of your project, your goals and your timeline, and I'll get back to you quickly.
