We are looking for a goal-oriented, high-energy, and persuasive Sales Manager to join the Brazilian Cash team. If you love closing deals, know how to build instant rapport with clients, and are driven by financial success, this is the perfect role for you!

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads and inquiries into active, paying customers/partners.

Deal Closing: Conduct sales presentations, product demos, or text/voice negotiations to close deals successfully.

Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and upselling.

CRM Management: Keep track of all leads, interactions, and sales pipelines accurately in our CRM system.

Market Feedback: Gather feedback from potential clients to help our product team improve the Brazilian Cash ecosystem.

Sales Experience: At least 1–2 years of successful experience in sales (experience in Fintech, Crypto, Gaming, Betting, or SaaS is a massive advantage).

Communication Master: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle objections smoothly.

Results-Driven: You don’t wait for things to happen — you chase targets and love seeing your numbers grow.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom).

Language Skills: Fluent/Fluent-professional English. (If you need Portuguese or Spanish for the LatAm market, add it here, e.g., "Fluency in Portuguese is a big plus").
