🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Concept & Strategy: Brainstorm, develop, and execute a high-engaging TikTok content plan aligned with our brand.

Content Creation: Script, film, and edit high-quality, engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts).

Trend Jacking: Monitor social media trends, viral sounds, and memes daily, quickly adapting them to our niche.

Audience Engagement: Interact with our community through comments, Q&As, and interactive video replies.

Performance Tracking: Analyze video performance, viewer retention, and growth metrics to constantly improve our content strategy.

🌟 Requirements:

Proven Experience: A solid portfolio managing successful TikTok/Reels accounts (bonus points if you’ve managed finance, gaming, crypto, or lifestyle/tech brands).

Video Editing Skills: Highly proficient in mobile video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or similar software.

Hook Master: You know exactly how to grab a viewer's attention within the first 3 seconds of a video.

On-Camera Confidence OR Sourcing Talent: Comfortable being the face of the brand in videos, OR exceptionally skilled at sourcing actors/models and creating highly engaging faceless/b-roll content.

Independence: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to hit deadlines while working remotely.

Language: Proficient in English (or Portuguese if the content is targeted specifically at the Brazilian market — feel free to adjust this line).
