look at the whole thing, and it's now a wall of boxes with no obvious first place to look.

This job is one screen: the employer dashboard home, desktop width. Not the whole product, not

mobile, not a design system.

What we're after is hierarchy. Someone landing here should see three things in this order — money

currently locked in escrow, work that needs their action right now, and everything else after that.

Today all three compete for the same attention and win equally.

You'll get Figma access to the current screens plus our colours and fonts. Reuse the components that

already work; this isn't a rebrand.

Deliverable: one desktop frame in Figma and a short note on what you moved and why. One round of

fixes included.
