Hourly work arrives in the product: a job can be posted as hourly with a weekly hours cap, an hourly hire starts without money locked up front, and the freelancer logs hours and bills them as an invoice. Worqen Prime was repriced to a 3% platform fee against the 5% standard rate. A referral programme pays both sides in Worqs, and Settings gained consent preferences, a full data export and account deletion.

Hourly billing

AddedHourly work is supported in the product. A job can be posted as hourly with a weekly hours cap, an hourly hire starts without money locked up front, and the freelancer logs hours and bills them as an invoice from the hire page.
AddedSubmitting an invoice funds that week's escrow and sets the invoiced amount aside for the freelancer. The money is released after a seven-day review window, and a scheduled run completes any invoice whose window has passed.

Payments

ChangedWorqen Prime was repriced. The platform fee for Prime members is 3% against the 5% standard rate, and membership costs $20 a month or $168 a year. The rate is locked into an escrow when it is funded, so a hire created but not yet funded takes your plan rate at funding time.
ChangedPrime is a one-off purchase for the period you choose rather than an auto-renewing subscription. External wallets no longer approve a spending allowance at checkout, and nothing is charged automatically when the period ends.
AddedA client can send a freelancer a tip from the hire page. The tip goes straight to the freelancer's wallet without touching escrow, the tip fee is added on top so the freelancer receives the full amount, and they are notified.
ChangedEscrows and hires record the dollar value of the money at the moment it moved, so historical earnings and spend figures no longer shift with the exchange rate.

Profile & reputation

AddedA referral programme: everyone gets a personal invite link, and when someone you invited signs up and completes their first job you both receive Worqs. Settings shows how many people joined, how many became active and how many Worqs you have earned.
AddedA job success percentage appears on profiles and job cards, computed separately for your freelancer and client sides. It stays blank until you have at least three finished hires in that role over the past year.
AddedLevel badges appear next to people's names on profiles, on job cards and in applicant lists, so you can see a counterparty's standing without opening their profile.
AddedProfiles carry an on-chain activity block showing how many contracts a freelancer has settled on Solana. It stays hidden for anyone with no on-chain history, and deliberately shows no amounts.
AddedThe Worqen Score page shows a private Reliability gauge with the date it recovers, a level history of promotions and demotions, and the modifiers currently affecting your score. Only you can see your Reliability.
AddedA leaderboard ranks members by level, separately for freelancers and clients. It shows reputation only — never earnings or raw scores — and lists only identity-verified members.
ChangedWorqen Score moved to a twenty-level ladder, each level named after a profession that technology retired, with the experience needed for each rebalanced from the ground up. The names are translated into all ten languages.
ChangedLosing a dispute that a moderator decides costs experience: the experience earned on that hire is reversed and a further penalty applied, and your level can fall. The first three levels are protected, and you are notified when your level changes.
FixedWork paid in the euro stablecoin is converted at the real euro rate when dollar totals are shown. It used to be counted as one dollar per unit, which misstated earnings.
FixedA freelancer earns full experience when a dispute passes its deadline and the funds are released to them automatically. That path used to award nothing and record them as having lost.

Communication

AddedChat has an assistant. You can translate a single message or a whole conversation into a language you choose, rewrite a draft in a chosen tone, write a message from a short prompt, and transcribe a voice message.
AddedAssistance comes with a weekly allowance shown in the chat, and Prime members get a much larger one.

Disputes

AddedA client can dispute a submitted hourly invoice. Doing so freezes that invoice's funds and opens the same conversation, split proposal and mediation used for fixed-price work; a dispute nobody resolves before its deadline is released to the freelancer automatically.

Marketplace

ChangedJobs, services and proposals are either fixed-price or hourly. The daily and negotiable options were removed from the posting wizards, the proposal dialog and the search filters; listings created before the change keep their original label.
AddedJobs and services list required skills, chosen from a shared skills directory with autocomplete and the option to propose a skill that is not listed yet. Profiles use the same picker.
FixedA service listing that is a draft, paused or closed is private. Anyone but its owner gets a not-found page, matching what the public list already showed.
SecurityJob and service descriptions are cleaned of unsafe markup on the server as well as in the browser, and list previews and shared-link summaries show plain text instead of raw markup.

Authentication

AddedA dedicated Settings page gathers identity verification, email changes, security options, notification preferences and your referral link in one place. The profile page keeps the read-only trust badges but no longer doubles as an account-settings screen.
AddedSettings has a Privacy and Data section. You can set your consent preferences, download everything Worqen holds about you as a file, and permanently delete your account; financial records are kept without your personal details, as the law requires.

ChangedVisitors connecting from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar or Afghanistan meet a region-restricted page instead of the app.
