Worqen is a Solana-based services marketplace. Employers post Jobs, Employees deliver them, and payments are settled on-chain through an escrow smart contract in USDC, USDT, EURC, or SOL. We are live on mainnet and building out the core protocol.
We are looking for a Solana Smart Contract Engineer to own and extend our on-chain programs — escrow, milestone release, and dispute resolution. You will work in Rust with the Anchor framework, alongside our Python (FastAPI) backend and Next.js frontend.
Develop and maintain Anchor programs (escrow, milestone settlement, dispute flows)
Implement SPL token flows for USDC / EURC and native SOL payments
Design and work with PDAs, CPIs, account models, rent and compute-budget optimization
Write thorough tests (localnet / devnet) and support devnet → mainnet deployments
Coordinate on-chain logic with the backend team (instruction interfaces, indexing, webhooks)
Build with a security-first mindset and prepare programs for external audit
Strong Rust and hands-on experience with the Anchor framework
Solid understanding of the Solana program model: PDAs, CPI, account constraints, rent, compute budget
Experience with SPL Token and on-chain payment / escrow logic
Comfortable with testing, localnet/devnet workflows, and Git
English working proficiency
Experience preparing or passing smart-contract audits
Stablecoin (USDT / USDC / EURC) payment flows
Prior mainnet deployments
Remote, ~full-time
3,500 USDC / month
6-month initial engagement (extendable based on results)
Paid monthly: each month is a milestone, released on two-sided confirmation
Payouts in USDC on Solana via your Platform Wallet
Apply through Worqen with a short note on your relevant Solana / Anchor work and links
(GitHub, deployed programs, audits if any)
