Worqen is a Solana-based services marketplace. Employers post Jobs, Employees deliver them, and payments are settled on-chain through an escrow smart contract in USDT. USDC, EURC, or SOL. We are live on mainnet and building out the product.
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the product experience and visual design of the Worqen web app, from flows and wireframes to polished, shippable UI.
Design end-to-end UX flows and UI for core product: Jobs, Applications, Hires, Milestones, Escrow, Wallet, Profile, and the dual Employer/Employee role switch
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Build and maintain a consistent design system / component library
Design clear Web3 / crypto UX: wallet connection, transaction states, multi-currency (USDC / EURC / SOL) and USD-equivalent display
Ensure a responsive, accessible, English-only interface
Collaborate closely with frontend and product; hand off designs and review implementation
Strong UI and UX skills with a portfolio of shipped web products
Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems)
Understanding of responsive web design and developer hand-off
English working proficiency
Crypto / fintech / data-dense dashboard product experience
Web3 / wallet UX
Basic motion / interaction design
Remote, ~full-time
2,500 USDC / month
6-month initial engagement (extendable based on results)
