Our escrow program is public and it works, but the docs are one README that has drifted from the code. Every dev who tries to integrate ends up in my DMs asking the same five things: which accounts to pass, what the PDA seeds are, what happens on a dispute, how the fee is added on top, and why their transaction fails with no useful error.

I want that README replaced with something a backend dev can follow end to end without talking to me.

You get the program source, the current README, and a 40-minute call to fill the gaps. There is no private repo access. Diagrams are welcome, not required.

What I do not want: marketing language, or a page that explains what escrow is.

The reader already knows. They need the exact call sequence and the failure cases.

Before you send a proposal, open the current README and tell me the first thing you would delete. That tells me more than a portfolio does.

First milestone is deliberately small - I want to see how you write before we go further.
